Jack Higgins (1929)

Jack Higgins es el seudónimo del escritor británico Henry Patterson. Nació el 27 de julio de 1929 en Newcastle upon Tyne.

No era buen estudiante y se alistó en el ejército, posteriormente acudió a la universidad donde estudió sociología al tiempo que trabajaba. Llegó a ser profesor.

Al llegar el éxito con sus publicaciones dejó la enseñanza para dedicarse, por completo, a la escritura.

Escritor prolífico, con grandes ventas, ha firmado sus obras con diferentes nombres.
