Ann Matthews Martin es una escritora estadounidense de literatura infantil.
Nació en Nueva Jersey, el 12 de agosto de 1955.
Desde muy pequeña comenzó a escribir cuentos. Estudió Educación y trabajó con niños discapacitados, hasta que se dedicó por completo a la literatura.
